This activity was planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) and the Association for Molecular Pathology. AACC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
AACC designates this live activity for a maximum of 21.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ACCENT(R) Credit Hours
AACC also designates this live activity for a maximum of 21.0 ACCENT(R) credit hours. AACC is an approved provider of continuing education (CE) for clinical laboratory scientists licensed in states that require documentation of CE, including (but not limited to) California, Florida, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and West Virginia. ACCENT(R) credit is also recognized by several organizations: AAB, ABCC, ACS, AMT, ASCLS, ASCP, ASM, CAP, IFCC, and NRCC.
The deadline for applying for CME or ACCENT(R) Credits was on November 30, 2012.
Certificates are now being processed, and you will receive your certificate by email this December.
Application Fees for CME orACCENT(R) Continuing Education Credit:
$50 CME for Professional Degrees (MDs, DOs, MD/PHDs, PhDs, etc.)
$25 ACCENT(R) for Non-doctoral (Technologists, etc.) applicants
