AMP committees are made up of elected and appointed members who volunteer their time and expertise to advance AMP's mission and the molecular pathology profession. The Clinical Practice Committee exists to address the challenges of clinical laboratories and, therefore, improve the service we provide. Separate working groups plan, organize and coordinate efforts such as sample exchanges, reporting surveys, validation and quality-control measures. Learn more.
The Economic Affairs Committee addresses, advises and educates the AMP Board of Directors, membership, payers, legislators and the public on economic issues of importance to the field of molecular pathology.
