   • 2pts: Personalized to fellow’s experience, discusses their commitment, experience, and interest in molecular diagnostics by providing specific examples
4. Their expectations of what will be gained from attending the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo explains how the meeting will positively affect their understanding of molecular diagnostics, benefit them in their current position and/or how it will further their career (0-2 pts)
