  • Empowering Diversity: Real-Life Journey of a Molecular Laboratory Professional in the US with Dr. Nefize Sertac Kip
    • When: Thursday, December 19, 2024; 1:00pm – 2:00pm Eastern
    • Join Dr. Nefize Sertac Kip, for the fourth webinar in our series that focuses on real-life stories of molecular laboratory professionals with highly diverse backgrounds. Moderated by Dr. Cigdem Ussakli.

This AMP DEI session will explore the multifaceted dimensions of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Focusing on ethnicity, age, cultural identity, and national origin, we will discuss how these factors can shape individual experiences, and we will delve into the importance of equity in ensuring fair treatment for all.

By fostering an environment where everyone can express their authentic selves, and implement equitable practices we, the professionals in molecular pathology, together with AMP, can create a culture of respect and inclusivity which in turn would benefit the entire Molecular Pathology Community in the US. Please join us in this vital conversation to celebrate our differences and work towards a more equitable future together.

    • While the presentation is geared toward AMP members, registration is free and open to all, so please feel free to share this exciting offering with your colleagues.
